This is our specialty, and it is how we grew to where we are today, providing deposition services for hundreds of depositions every week.
So while we have years of experience and the organization in place to service our clients at the last minute, how fast we can get a reporter, videographer, or interpreter to your location depends on availability at the time and in the location you need one.
We “save the day” for clients many times each day, and we pride ourselves in this service. However, there are no guarantees as to how long it will take.
The more notice we are given, the higher the chances of getting you a reporter, videographer, or interpreter at the exact time and place you need one.
How long would I have to wait to get a court reporter?
The length of time needed for finding a court reporter varies with the type of reporter and services you need. With plenty of notice, we have more choices to ensure you receive someone who meets your exact needs. Finding a court reporter for you is our priority.

Most definitely. We have a team of realtime and web conferencing specialists who can walk you through the set-up, if it is your first time using these services. They are also available to troubleshoot should any connection difficulties arise on the day of your deposition.

Do you have court reporters who report trials and hearings in court?
Yes, we have a team of court reporters who are certified and experienced working in the courts.
Do you have an online access portal? How do I get set up to use it?
We have an online Client Center called Active Client Services. To obtain access credentials, go to the registration page, fill it out, and submit that information. We will reply with a temporary password, after which you set a new password for yourself.
Active Client Services is designed to show past and pending work for all attorneys at one office. An “office” in this sense is one physical address.
You can access your entire deposition calendar, past and future. Transcripts can be downloaded, and invoice payment is available online.
